Order Time

Our cutters and stamps are made to order this means you will need to allow 10 business days for them to be created before they can be shipped to you. We do endeavour to have your order shipped sooner however. Cancellation is available only within 24 hours of orders being placed.

Product Size Guidelines

We provide the following sizes in our stamps/cutters unless otherwise specified: 

• Micro: 1cm x 1cm
• Mini: 2cm x 2cm
• Small: 3cm x 3cm
• Medium: 4cm x 4cm
• Large: 5cm x 5cm
• Extra Large: 6cm x 6cm
• Jumbo: 10cm x 10cm

This means for our cutters and stamps the maximum height or width of the design will be at most the size that has been selected.

For cutters this is measured from cutting edge to cutting edge. As an example a Large 'Fluffly Cloud' cutter is wider than it is tall, resulting in a shape that is at a maximum 5cm wide, but only 2.5cm tall.

 

Stamp bases will come in the size selected, and will similarly use the space available up to the maximum of the selected size.

As an example a Small "Filled Leaf" Stamp comes on a 3cm x 3cm based stamp, but as the design is taller than it is wide, the leaf itself is approximately 3 cm tall, with the width close to 1.8 cm.

 

Care Instructions

Stamp/Cutter/Texture Roller/Pottery Rib

Your stamp/cutter is 3D printed using PLA which is made of biodegradable thermoplastic materials derived from corn-starch and other raw materials.

All efforts are taken to reduce any defects created by the printing process by sanding and gap filling, however sometimes small marks may slip through our vetting process.  These can be lightly sanded with a nail file or sandpaper. 

We recommend that you do not leave your stamp/cutter in direct sunlight or exposed to excessive moisture as this can make them brittle. Additionally, avoid leaving them in temperatures over 60 degrees Celsius as they may warp out of shape. 

Your cutter/stamp is not microwave, oven or dishwasher proof. If you need to wash the stamp/cutter, use cool soapy water. 

While the 3D prints are designed to be durable, you should avoid bending or stressing the cutter/stamp as this may cause the plastic to break.

Although PLA is non-toxic, we advise against using these with children due to any small parts. 

The colour of your cutter/stamp may be different from that pictured due to material availability. 

If you find your stamp/cutter is sticking, try using cornstarch, talcum powder, vegetable oil or cling wrap as a barrier (dependent on application) or roll/burnish onto a hard surface such as a tile.

Pottery Forms

Your Pottery Form is made of ultra moisture resistant MDF. While this product is designed to be resistant to moisture, you should avoid exposing your form to excessive moisture.

For example, if you need to clean your pottery form, please use a moist sponge to clean and then dry with a cloth. After each use, your pottery form may be a little moist so you should allow it to dry out thoroughly before your next use. Pottery forms should be stored flat in dry location.

While these forms are made of wood, they can still be marked or dented with metal tools etc, so please exercise care during use.

 

Shipping

Australian orders will be shipped by Parcel Post or Express Post depending on shipping selected from Gosford, NSW. Please allow 4-8 business days for Parcel Post and 2-4 business days for Express Post. 

Postage cost of Australian orders start from $10.00 for Standard and $15.00 for Express. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight.

Shipping to New Zealand is $20.00 for Standard. Please allow up to 25 days for delivery. 

We offer Standard International shipping only with price calculated at checkout once address is entered. Please allow up to 25 days for delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Have no fear - see something that you just MUST have, then send us an email on snipandstamp@gmail.com and quote your Invoice number, letting us know what you need changing.

This is only possible IF your order has not been fulfilled and shipped - so act quick!
